Better requires process discipline and simplification

In this exciting and fast-paced role, you'll provide valuable support to our Chief Operations Officer. You will have a wide range of executive assistant responsibilities, that range from travel (including international travel), calendar management, expense reports and assisting with presentations. You will collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure the timeliness of meetings between the Chief Operations Officer and other senior executive leaders.

For such an integral role, you will have 5-10 years of experience working with senior executives as an Executive Assistant. You'll be highly professional, diligent, and dependable as you will be dealing regularly with highly confidential information. You will be forward-thinking and be able to anticipate needs with the ability to know when to be discreet. You'll have excellent communication skills and IT literacy, with tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, Concur and Zoom. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships across the business and be incredibly efficient with your time.

The annual gross base salary range is $54,875.80 -$87,800.02. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident, and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
