The Executive Director of Organizational Excellence reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. The role supervises a Director, Organizational Learning and a Manager, Organizational Data and Analytics within the department of Organizational Excellence. Overall, The Executive Director of Organizational Excellence will support the organization by providing leadership that ensures the delivery of first-class quality services. This includes driving continuous quality improvement, best practices, operational/organizational efficiencies and strategic growth. Key areas of responsibilities include driving data collection and supporting data driven decisions, embedding evidence-based practices across the organization, managing CQI/key performance indicators as well as maintaining and advancing accreditations. This role supports the internal strategic/vision planning process (Real Results), the organization's, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Quality Improvement Committees, and supports Policy and Procedures development.
