Job Description:

 Develop, manage, maintain, and evaluate state-of-the-art extraction, translation and loading tools and methodologies.

 Evaluate their ability to efficiently translate and load enterprise data sources within a common data model architecture.

 Determine potential and actual data ingest and export bottlenecks and propose recommendations for their elimination;

 Assist in the formulation of data ingest processes; and

 Provide subject matter support to provision information technology and ETL.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

 Four (4) Senior ETL Engineers with at least ten (10+) years of relevant prior experience in information technology and four (4) Junior ETL Engineers having at least five (5+) years relevant work experience.

 (Preferred) Four-year (4-year) degree in applicable discipline. For education/equivalence, see section 4.4

 Five (5+) years' experience with Extract, Translate and Load software experience translating between multiple file formats using scripting languages, ETL tools and methodologies;

 Two (2+) years of experience with extract transform and loads in Informatica software

 Multiple Information Technology certifications in provisioning technologies such as SQL, Java, Oracle, Hadoop;

 Knowledge of methodology, federal information system policies (e.g. NIST 800.53, FISMA, Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), configuration management) and knowledge of the FBI's mission and processes.
