Axogen is hiring for a 3rd shift Facilities Maintenance Technician in Vandalia, OH!

Job Summary of the Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will work w/Facilities Management & Sr Facilities/Maintenance Tech to support daily operations through such activities as unloading trucks, meeting room set-up, and moving equipment.

Requirements of the Facilities Maintenance Technician

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 3rd shift (11pm - 730am), Mon-Fri
• Familiarity & use of small hand tools
• Ability to read and follow instructions for furniture assembly.
• Provide responsive customer support with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Work in a collaborative team environment and interact with other functional groups such as engineering, quality, regulatory, and operations.
• Performs other duties as required by management & Sr. Facilities Maintenance Technician
• Biomedical manufacturing environment
• Requires defined PPE during certain activities or within certain environments
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching above head.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders.

Responsibilities of the Facilities Maintenance Technician

The specific duties of the Facilities Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to:

• Unloading/loading trucks
• Meeting room set-up
• Part runs
• Assisting the Sr Maintenance Tech as directed
• Minor maintenance tasks including but not limited to:
• Hanging white boards/pictures
• Assembling furniture including carts, chairs & tables
• Assembling shelving

Benefits/Compensation

2nd and 3rd shift positions are eligible for additional shift differential of $1.50 per hour.

Hourly Pay Range

$20.60-$25.75 USD

Axogen is on a hybrid work schedule at some facilities, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
