RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Field Service Engineer in Philadelphia, PA.Key Tasks:

• Field Service Engineer performs on-site installations, break fix, customer training, and configuration of Company Large Format printing equipment
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to hardware, software, and workflow on customer sites
• As a Field Service Engineer, you will perform on-site customer training for the operation and proper maintenance of Company Large Format digital printing equipment
• Proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent problems from occurring at customer sites
• Perform machine-specific calibrations on customer sites including voltage uniformity tests, color registration and print head calibration
• Field Service Engineers will educate customers on proper settings, file formats, etc. in graphics software for compatibility with Company Large Format printing equipment
• Analyze customer workflows and advise them on improvements that can be made to increase efficiency
• Field Service Engineers perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Company Large Format equipment
• Prepare weekly reports for management regarding visits to customer sites and work performed there

REQUIREMENTS:

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
