-Base salary $80-$90K and DOE

What You Will Be Doing -Become our Product Specialist consulting with customers face to face and remotely troubleshooting best in class automated benchtop devices supporting laboratory automation.

-Research and be the go to person to answer customer questions about product features and appropriate upgrades.
-Perform customer training sessions on features and general maintenance of product
-Mentor less experienced engineers on our unique products.
-Be the SME on our organization's products and services, and contribute to the R&D aspects of projects by presenting the Service perspective.

-Manage the escalation flow to ensure follow-up with the customer until issue is resolved.
-Responsible for identifying and forecasting spare parts and keeping the list up to date as changes happen over time.
-Handle all service calls in a timely and professional manner, and triage with technical support as needed.
-Interface with cross-functional work teams such as R&D, Customer Service, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Sales.
-Perform telephone, email, and remote support for both internal and external customers
-Work with the team to ensure documentation is fit for purpose and up to date.
-Communicate with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
-Conduct training classes for Authorized Service Providers.
What You Need for this Position -Best candidates have passion for and mechanical ability, hobbies that align with Mechanical abilities; motorcycle / car mechanic, drone building, construction, etc.
-Strong presentation, and customer facing skills. Enjoys serving as a subject matter expert on our interesting products along with training and mentoring others.
-Be self-motivated to assist customers, sales, and service team to overcome problems in a timely manner.
-Use your excellent communication skills, which are appropriate for a customer-facing role.
-Be able to make decisions and act for customers based on knowledge and experience.
-Be capable of working under pressure without compromise.
