We are looking for a Finance Manager who will join our Ecommerce Finance team!

Ideal candidate will be located near the Marysville, Ohio World Headquarters with occasional travel into the office. Open to fully remote candidates as well.

As the Finance Manager, reporting to the Director of Pricing & Ecommerce, you will be the Finance liaison for the e-brands marketing team with a focus on improving/sustaining portfolio profitability while achieving aggressive growth targets. In this leadership position, you will be a strategic partner to the business by making recommendations that will affect the overall business planning. You will need to be a higher achiever who is creative and flexible with the potential to move into positions of increasing responsibility.

What you'll do in this role:

  • Collaborate with marketing on Strategic planning
  • Collaborate with marketing on product lifecycle management: E&O inventory analysis, SKU rationalization
  • Be responsible for annual budgeting of the P&L for the ECommerce e-brands business
  • Be responsible for monthly forecasting of most P&L lines for the ECommerce e-brands business (Sales, COGS, SG&A, etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy of the financial statements by analyzing monthly P&L results vs. forecast and budget
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and other finance teams to ensure the pricing of products is accurate and reasonable
  • Build financial models and business cases to support new product innovation
  • Streamline and automate team processes to allow for more flexibility and effort towards value added activities
  • Collaborate with supply chain and finance to understand and optimize the cost structure of the ecommerce business model
  • Review sales and consumer takeaway trends for the business and share insights and actions
  • Manage one Senior Analyst

What you'll need to be successful:
  • Education: BS in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience: 5+ years of post-undergraduate work in various finance or analytical roles required. Demonstrated record of increased responsibility, analytical problem solving, leading people and effective communication.
  • Specific experience supporting Ecommerce products or customers from a financial perspective
  • Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Must be able to work independently and manage others.
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills required.
  • Ability to develop clear presentations based upon data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required as this position regularly interfaces with senior management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Must be able to work with little direction and to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with marketing, sales, supply chain and finance.
