We are looking for a Finance Manager who will join our Brand Finance (Lawns) - US Consumer team!

Ideal candidate will be located near the Marysville, Ohio World Headquarters with occasional travel into the office.

As the Finance Manager, reporting to the Director of Brand/Marketing Finance, you will be the Finance liaison for the brand team with a focus on improving/sustaining portfolio profitability. In this leadership position, you will be a strategic partner to the business by making recommendations that will affect the overall business planning. You will need to be a higher achiever who is creative and flexible with the potential to move into positions of increasing responsibility.

What you'll do in this role:

• Strategic planning
  
• Product lifecycle management: E&O inventory analysis, SKU rationalization
  
• Budgeting for sales
  
• Monthly forecast of COGS and provision for inventory expense
  
• Annual and ad-hoc pricing and financial analysis and reports for the benefit of various marketing and finance leaders
  
• Financial analysis and business case support for new products
  
• Current and forecast financial results
  
• Understand current financial results and forecast results
  
• Manage one Senior Analyst
  

What you'll need to be successful:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting is required
  
• 4+ years of post-undergraduate finance experience. Preferably within the CPG industry
  
• Public Accounting experience preferred
  
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and the consumer products industry.
  
• Strong Excel skills required
  
• Google Suite knowledge for document and slide presentation creation
  
• Experience with SAP and BW desired
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, as you will be interacting with all levels of management
  
• Leadership experience managing direct reports
