Are you our next Finance Ops Support Manager?
Provide financial leadership for the Phosphate Operations Support Functions on operational and strategic initiatives and provide the financial analysis necessary for decision support. This person will analyze monthly and YTD financial results and add value by proactively identifying and analyzing issues and opportunities and communicating them to the applicable leaders.

What will you do?

• Provide financial leadership and decision support to business partners to drive strong financial performance /value. Recommend financial strategies to leadership to influence decision making enabling them to make sound, effective and informed operational management decisions to achieve business unit financial goals and drive improved profitability. Deliver insightful financial analysis and highlight business issues, risks and opportunities to the Operations Support Function Leaders so they can make effective and informed decisions to achieve functional goals, manage and control annual spend, and improve effectiveness and efficiencies. Challenge and support business partners to achieve

• Lead and participate in the preparation and analysis of North America Business operations functional support group annual budgets (and five-year plans as applicable), including associated bridge analyses reconciling the current year actual to the upcoming year budget. Provide ad hoc financial and analytical decision support to business partners. Facilitate /

• Automate Business Processes using Business Intelligence & Quantrix enabling prioritization and cost reduction while improving functional efficiencies. Utilize system tools to enhance quarterly bridges. Analyze year over year

• Ensure adequate sox controls are in place to minimize or eliminate SOX Controls deficiencies.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Working knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
• Demonstrated understanding and commitment to internal controls
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills
