Job Summary
Come join us in Financial Aid Services and explore this exciting opportunity that requires the qualities of confidentiality, sound judgment, self-directed, adaptability: sound management and public relations skills; a working knowledge of higher education administrative practices; strong technical skills for extracting and compiling data from various sources; proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with a SIS (Student Information System) preferably PeopleSoft or Ellucian/Banner. This position deals directly with our major stakeholders, our students in a variety of communication modalities respective of our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusiveness to all of our campus community.
Our front line client services team consists of highly trained professionals serving as the gateway to our office. You are first point of contact to stakeholders who are seeking information regarding financial aid. Responsibilities would include:
