Job Duties

• Performs basic financial analysis (Excel, ProCalc, etc)
• Prepares cash flow scenarios and financial summary packages using approved software in support of the company's various lines of business.
• Provides recommendations to brokers
• Demonstrates continual development of modeling skills and competencies. Increases complexity and scope of the position with time in the role.
• Reads, abstracts and analyzes legal real estate related documentation -- i.e. leases and corporate financial statements for relevant financial information that will have an impact on the real estate financial analysis.
• Prepares clear concise summary documentation and spreadsheets that support and explain the basis of the analyses
• May interact with other C&W service lines
• May liaise with commission accounting on behalf of the broker team in regard to broker commissions, outside broker payments, and broker pay discrepancies
• May assist with the drafting of Offering Memorandums nd Request for Proposals
• May assist with market research of prospective accounts
• Participates in all Financial Analysis calls and meetings
• Complies with all project and time tracking reporting requirements for Financial Analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree: Business or Finance preferred
• 1-3 years of real estate or comparable financial modeling/analysis experience
• Strong math, advanced research skills, and comfortable with data analysis
• Very open and quick to learning analytics tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a timely and thorough manner
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, understanding how to prioritize
• Professional, and customer service oriented with opportunity to become client facing over time
