*ABOUT THE JOB*
As a Financial Services Representative, your primary responsibilities will be to place outbound calls to and receive inbound calls from customers that have accrued a past due balance to their accounts for the purpose of keeping our customers connected, safe, and healthy. Everything you do will be done with service excellence and customer retention at the forefront. A strong drive for results, highly ethical behavior, competitive spirit, and customer focus will be your best allies in finding success meeting and exceeding your expectations and goals.
*RESPONSIBILITIES*

* Place outbound and receive inbound past due calls, adhering to all regulatory and organization requirements
* Collect past due balances and/or negotiate arrangements to collect balances related to past due account balances using all provided collection tools
* Work to retain all customers, assessing all customer issues and making appropriate use of all available retention tools Accurately articulate billing and invoicing information to customers Review assigned accounts to maximize contact and collection potential
* Track daily performance and progress toward monthly expectations and goals
* Other duties as assigned
*QUALIFICATIONS*
*Education:* High school diploma or GED required
*Certification(s):* N/A
*Experience:*

* Minimum 1 years of debt collection, sales, or customer service experience required
* Outbound call center experience preferred
*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:*

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
* Ability to talk/listen and type simultaneously
