RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Systems Admin in Baltimore, MD.Duties Include:- Financial Systems Admin will provide guidance to internal teams and end users in the most effective methods of building and maintaining financial statements
- Collaborate with product managers and conversion teams to identify and implement efficiencies that drive accuracy and speed
- Improve checklists and sign-offs to drive understanding, transparency and accuracy
- As a Financial Systems Admin, you will lead internal cross-department training sessions to build a collective understanding of dealership accounting, financial statements and operational reporting
- Establish best practices and defaults; Work with internal teams to automate steps where possible
- Develop and document feedback/experience from end-users
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of systems experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interacting with all levels of stakeholders
- A passion for challenging the status quo by questioning and improving existing systems, including a playful intelligence
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
