PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Finish Blade Operators will follow company rules and safety procedures when operating a piece of
Equipment. The blade operator will daily inspect the equipment and check fluid levels, overall
function of the machine and other elements associated with the equipment. The operator will assist
in making sure the machine is properly taken care of and relay any damage to the equipment
Department.

REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to receive instructions and be able to perform the work. Operator needs a valid driver's license
and a knowledge of using a motor grader to accomplish the tasks needed during the workday. Must be
Able To climb on and off safely and navigate rough terrain. At least 5 years of heavy highway
Needed and ability to work days/nights/weekends as needed by the project schedule.
