Everside professional providers aid employees with reaching personal health improvement goals. Our providers develop individual healthcare plans to lower health risks. Our providers diagnose and treat chronic diseases as well as acute and episodic occurrences. Provide coverage in Everside clinics when the regularly scheduled clinician is unavailable or when nurse coverage is needed.When not filling in, this clinician will provide services as requested, including site visits, chart audits, case management and contact tracing.

Clinic Locations: Akron OH,Beaumont TX, Danville VA, Fayetteville NC, Houston TX,Lawton OK,Topeka KS

Essential Functions:

• Serve as a fill-in clinician or RN for Healthstat clients in multiple states

• Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of supervising Physician.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
• Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
• Submits health care plan and goals of individual patients for periodic review and evaluation by supervising Physician.
• Prescribes or recommends drugs or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
• Refer patients with complex medical issues to a primary care physician or specialist.

• Examines, diagnoses, and treats patients of all ages with acute illnesses and injuries or exacerbations of chronic disease
• Orders evidence-based testing, prescribes medications and refers to outside specialist as required
• Provides occupational medicine services, including DOT exams and the treatment of Worker's Compensation injuries
• Performs pre-participation physicals for employment
• Maintains patient charts accurately and comprehensively
• Documents patient information in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority.
• Current RN licensure in state of practice
• 2-5 years' professional experience in a clinical setting
• Must be proficient in the use of an electronic medical record; experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus
• Experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine is a plus
• Phlebotomy certification is a plus
• Must meet all state requirements and be licensed in good standing to practice medicine
• BLS certification

Essential Physical Demands:

• Be able to lift up to 20 lbs as needed
