Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

Resort Wide:

  • Consistently follow the I-Serve standards at all times.
  • Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
  • Attend safety meetings, keep the workplace in safe condition, and work in a safe manner.
  • Adhere to attendance policy and report to workstation at scheduled start time.
  • Propose ideas or find ways to improve services, systems, and/or procedures.
Department:
  • Receive cash and credit cards; or make room charges for guests.
  • Familiarize and be knowledgeable of current food and beverage offerings.
  • Provide information pertaining to hours and available services of the resort to guests.
  • Clear, clean and reset tables for dining as needed.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the Restaurant, Lounge and surrounding areas.
  • Verify money amounts and issue receipts for funds received.
  • Receive merchandise and food/operation supplies.
  • Brew coffee and refill the coffee pots according to SOP.
  • Follow all sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Assist with pricing and stocking of merchandise.
  • Bag groceries and perform routine dusting of all merchandise and rotates all stocks.
  • Close out the register at the end of the shift and complete the appropriate closing paperwork.
  • Perform cash drops in accordance with company policy.
  • Take part in month-end inventory.
  • Employee required to work inside walk in cooler running under 41 degrees to stock beverage item and food supplies regularly.
  • Assist in ensuring effective departmental communication through logs, daily stand up meetings and monthly
  • department meetings.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:

Must have High School diploma or equivalent (GED); or the ideal candidate will have at least (1) one year of experience in a field related to this position.

The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
