Positions are currently available for those who are 18 or older.
Ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills, including speaking in front of groups.

Ability to utilize problem-solving skills, including having the ability to remain patient, poised, and alert to cope with challenging/unique situations.

As a Food & Beverage Trainer, you will have opportunities to grow and learn about Carowinds and the entertainment industry through hands-on exposure to day-to-day operational tasks. You will be involved with providing excellent guest service to our associates and guests while handling and completing paperwork, filing, entering data, answering phones, and coordinating and conducting training programs for the entire division. This includes teaching department orientation for associates in small and large group settings. Classes contain information regarding, but not limited to, Cedar Fair Cornerstones, department policies, and culture. You may also assist with other duties as needed.
