We count on our senior sourcing analyst to liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers for all activities ranging from supplier selection, onboarding, gathering and reporting on all critical data needed for successful supplier management program.
Job Responsibilities:

• Interview potential suppliers prior to contract negotiations, including visiting plants and distribution centers and discussing materials, products and quality standards with suppliers
  
• Evaluate current and new suppliers to determine optimal setup for supplier contracts, taking into account costs, delivery times, product quality and available inventory
  
• Analyze supply contracts, financial reports and other data using accepted optimization models to determine which suppliers best meet company needs and project requirements
  
• Participate in negotiations with suppliers, including researching prices, products and other data beforehand and coordinating with suppliers to create optimal supplier contracts
  
• Maintain knowledge of existing suppliers, industry trends and relevant pricing by attending trade shows, conferences and reading professional online publications to be able to provide market trend analysis for current and future business solutions
  
• Oversee fulfillment of supply contracts by verifying quantity and quality of incoming shipments, checking invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with contractual regulations and working with suppliers as necessary to resolve any discrepancies
  
• Manage the administration of the supplier catalogs integrated with the procurement tools (Punch Out and custom catalogs)
  
• Create and maintain computerized database of supply purchase orders, paid invoices, goods delivered, sourcing project pipeline, savings tracking, etc.
  
• Liaise between S&P, internal and external stakeholders to resolve any S&P issues, i.e PO/Invoicing issues, supplier onboarding issues, reporting issues, etc.
  

Job Skills & Qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance management, or high school diploma plus minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability
  
• Strong Microsoft Office and BI tools skills
  
• Solid understanding of sourcing and procurement concepts and supplier/spend analysis methods
  

Preferred:

• Professional certification, such as CPSM, CPP, CSCP, etc.
  
• Technical certifications in any analytical platform, Microsoft, Finance or accounting systems, etc.
