This successful national investor, owner/operator, and developer has over 17,000 units in their portfolio along with an asset pipeline worth over $6 billion.

This is an exclusive opportunity to manage a 600+ unit, 45-story luxury rental building in the center city area of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This General Manager will be supported by an AGM, 2 Leasing Agents, a Bookeeper, and full maintenance staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Yardi and have worked in a luxury rental building.
