Position: Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator

Location: 2440 Sheridan Dr., Tonawanda NY

NOCO is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator who is willing to work hard and grow with the company. The Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator is responsible for taking on a variety of marketing and design tasks that allow for the successful completion of internal and external marketing initiatives.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the spectrum of Graphic design and content creation - print, digital/web, email campaigns, brochures, package design, brand identity support, environmental design, and additional duties as needed. What You Will Do

  • Create communications, presentations and print materials for distribution on a variety of platforms including, but not limited to, digital marketing, email marketing, printed materials.
  • Lead creative development of a project, present creative concepts to key stakeholders, and manage the project from the conceptual stage through production
  • Creation of marketing materials, graphics, and implementing NOCO branding for all departments.
  • Create sharable and visually-engaging content to promote the company's products and services.
  • Brainstorm with other members of marketing team, and interdepartmentally, to conceptualize creative graphic communications that fulfill project objectives
  • Oversee content creation from beginning to end including establishing vision, writing content, and designing digital graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Be a strong steward/advocate of the brand - be the go-to person to consult on and approve proper use of brand guidelines
What you Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, etc.)
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop),
  • Design experience is a must. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to collaborate with multiple departments within the organization and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively, time-management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and strong organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks demanding of immediate attention, and to juggle multiple, on-going, concurrent responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously balancing accuracy with timeliness
