The ISCO Excellence organization is providing a systemic approach to bring our continuous improvement to the next level with high impact on agility, reliability, yield and productivity. In addition, the focus of work is beyond the scope of manufacturing and project execution, looking at capabilities, execution and governance in a more holistic way across our business.

Your role:

A core member of the Global Plant Operations Regional Leadership Team, with responsibility to transform and implement best practices though seamless execution of strategic global, regional and local projects.

  • Lead the deployment of the global strategy and Operating Model within the Region across the internal & external manufacturing sites.
  • Act as the sparring partner to Regional Cluster Leads, partnering with them to stimulate and steer all OpEx initiatives (i.e., ISCO Excellence functions, topics such as Strategy, Project Portfolio Management, Performance Management, OP, scorecard application); drive outside-in innovation, building and implementing the Improvement roadmap at regional and site level
  • Support network configuration studies
  • Actively involved in operative planning process, defining improvement projects aligned with business strategies and priorities
  • Lead significant transformation in the US; influence Six Sigma aspects into strategic initiatives in partnership with Engineering and Value Streams
  • Lead the capability building in the region via deployment of the transformational programs and rapid adoption of proven practices
  • Ensure flawless roll out and execution at regional & site level of core programs and initiatives
  • Liaise with the Regional Leads to transform culture while achieving milestones and deliverables in performance metrics
  • Facilitate and coach improvement teams
  • Collaborate strongly with the ISCO production system team for best practice sharing & process improvement idea sharing, while leading the deployment of the Production System within the regions; assess and provide governance of the scorecards that are quantitative and qualitative assessments of OPEX effectiveness at regions and sites
  • Use analytics to deliver deeper insights into performance, driving efficiency and real time decision making; lead meetings with Senior Leadership teams to review and examine project progress while working closely with Finance to track budgets vs actual performance

Who you are:

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree - Industrial Engineering/ Engineering /Supply Chain / Business Administration
  • Black Belt accreditation
  • At least 15 years of work experience in leading operations, have led operations sites (i.e., site lead)
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing improvement initiatives with impactful results
  • Lean 6 Sigma experience

  • Have built cultural acumen through work experience within specific region
  • Strategic minded while having the ability to focus and execute on the critical actions
  • Highly influential and able to sell ideas and approaches
  • Solid coaching and mentoring competency
  • Able to influence change without direct authority
