Job Description:

Coordination
Coordinate and supervise activities and schedules of the designated local health council to ensure the project's progress on time. Participate in/track all related meetings.
Coordinate data collection, data entry, database management, and analysis as required by the grant.
Ensure fidelity to the project protocols, as deemed by the District Supervisors.

Management
Serve as local health council liaison to the project team and coordinate requests to specific team investigators.
Support the preparation, composition, review, and editing of monthly reports and PPT presentations of data and study results.
Monitor local health council grant spending and report to the Data Management team, as requested.
Develop and coordinate related methodologies, structures, and processes from projects. Utilize project management skills and best practices to ensure the project's overall success.
Offer necessary course corrections and work with the project team to ensure appropriate training and resources.

Operations
Prepare data outputs and presentations to facilitate project success.
Identify and obtain the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and communicate with a district supervisor. Aid the District Supervisor, Project Manager, and Data Manager in supervising and delegating tasks.

Expected Salary:

$65,000 - $75,000

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master of Public Health or Health Care Management and four hundred hours of relevant public health or healthcare experience including quality improvement and/or project management.
Applicants should have experience analyzing and interpreting data, professional communication across various stakeholders, and working in a team.
Applicants must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and other commonly used software.
