Beacon Hill is partnered with a large Health Insurance provider seeking experienced Claims Research Analyst to join their team!
The Claims Research Analyst I reviews and monitors adjudicated claims for file submission and upstream processing and communicates with provider agencies on claims submission, denial management, and system updates. This position is also a primary communication point for providers experiencing an array of claims difficulties. This position serves to provide excellent customer service to provider agencies.
- HS Diploma, but Bachelor's level preferred
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong phone communication skills and phone etiquette
- Coding or rev cycle experience is not required.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Location: Onsite, Morrisville, NC
Compensation: Based on experience
