POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a qualified Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our Tempe office. This position will provide general front desk support and entry level administrative support to various departments.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:

  • Responsible for assisting management with various admin duties
  • Will answer phones and direct calls to appropriate department/person
  • Will order office supplies, coordinate lunches when necessary, arrange meetings, etc.
  • First point of contact for any visitors in the office, mail/package delivery, etc.
  • May be asked to assist with additional data entry duties
  • All other duties assigned

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • High school diploma required
  • Two to three years of office administrative experience
  • Strong administrative skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the Company
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, ask clarifying questions and complete assignments accurately under deadlines
