Selected intern will have the opportunity to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment as they complete an assignment focused on growing and developing one of HBI's leading apparel brands. This is a paid internship that will start in June 2022 and last for approximately 10 weeks.

The successful intern candidate will have the opportunity to learn more about using analytics to improve the associate experience while solving business problems.

Responsibilities

Intern will gain experience in the key aspects of analytics on topics such as:

  • Data Visualization
  • Data Mining
  • Benefits Optimization
  • Employee Engagement
Interns will work with cross-functional teams to analyze real business issues and will present findings and strategic recommendations at the conclusion of the internship.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Required
  • The successful intern candidate will be arising junior or rising senior college graduate student(during Summer 2022) that is currently enrolled in a B.A/B.S. Degree program with emphasis in Information Systems, Analytics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Mathematics, Economics, or a similar related major OR first year graduate/MBA student with an emphasis in Information Systems, Analytics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Mathematics, Economics or a similar related major.
  • Demonstrated a high potential for rapid advancement while possessing a high level of energy, self-confidence and positive interaction skills.
  • Team oriented and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, be flexible and work on tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • This individual must possess a sense of ownership for their work and the business overall.
  • This individual must also be a self-starter and demonstrate good judgment and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
