Description:
The selected applicant is responsible for answering frontline benefit questions, attending job fairs, creating advertisements, interviewing applicants, and nurse recruitment.
-Manages the employment process and the clinical student clearance process.
-Other responsibilities include completing projects, accomplishing team goals, achieving recruitment metrics, and completing other tasks for the effective operation of the department.
-Demonstrated computer experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Meditech.
-Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills. Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, marketing or related field required.
-Three plus years of experience in HR to include benefit administration and recruitment preferred.
