We are looking for an HR specialist that has experience working for a manufacturing company. They will be handling all HR needs including time off, insurance and benefits. If you are looking for an opportunity for a busy and fast pace environment apply right away. The company is growing and needs someone right away to help them with their growing team.

What's in it for you?

Monday- Friday position no weekends.

7:30-4:30 or 8:00 to 5:00

On site with a great team

Pay $28/hr.

Direct Deposit

Weekly pay on Friday

What you will be doing?

Address employee grievances, administer performance reviews, and ensure legal compliance

Maintain current job requirements

Maintain up-to-date onboarding processes and training

Oversee safety policies and programs

Managing OSHA compliance

Upholding labor standards including benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Organization, communication, and interpersonal skills;

Ability to meet deadlines

Proficiency in the following computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Experience in benefits, PTO and unemployment
