Role: Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst

Location: Portland, OR - MUST currently reside local

Hourly Rate: $32-38/hr.

Duration: 12 months

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

New and thrilling opportunity! Once more, Ledgent Technology has teamed up with a local client to support their HRIS Analyst position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and accurately address issues and queries concerning HRIS supported systems.
  • Uphold a 24-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA) for all HRIS inbox requests.
  • Offer valuable insights for process enhancements within the HRIS Operations environment.
  • Generate reports from HRIS supported systems, conduct data analysis, and rectify discrepancies as necessary.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party applications.
  • Ensure the privacy and security of HR data.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as payroll and benefits to conduct audits and maintain accurate employee data.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or similar large ERP systems.
  • Preferred experience with Oracle R12 HCM, ADP Payroll, ADP eTime, and/or Taleo.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Excel is necessary.
