Location: York, PA
Description: Judge is proud to represent a premier manufacturer in the York PA Area. The Human Resources administrator would manage and administer all human resources duties of the company while directly reporting to the General Manager. This positions requires a self-starter, who is hands on, open to learning all aspects of employment law, compensation, organization planning, employee relations, training and development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Payroll
• Quarterly and annual Payroll reviews
• Reconciliation of hours and payroll
• Track employee spend and PTO
• Maintain employee files
• Recruiting of new employees
• Obtaining and processing new hires and related paperwork.
• Support Company Employee Benefits
• Keep and update Employee manual
• Will be responsible for all OSHA and other safety related program to include documentation and compliance.
• Follow all company procedures and work with managers to unsure they are enacted and followed.
• Tactfully handle difficult relations related situations.
• Self organize schedule with managers to maximize productivity of all staff
• Perform business related tasks requested by the GM or President.

Qualifications

• AS or BS degree or higher in HR management or related field preferred
• High level of computer competency with Microsoft Office and payroll software.
• High level of understanding with PA and Federal Employment laws
• +5 years in HR rolls dealing with duties listed above.
