Position Summary:
This HR Business Partner focuses on Talent Acquisition and Candidate/Employee Communications and Experience.
This position provides consultative services for the College, collaborating with leadership, managers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful and replicable staffing processes, systems, tools, and results. This role is hands-on and provides expertise in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting and communications.
The HRBP role assesses and anticipates staffing needs; communicating needs proactively within our HR department and business unit leaders. The HRBP develops integrated recruitment strategies and develops partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to hiring managers that reflect the strategic objectives of the department and College. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about each department's business plans and associated staffing.
The HRBP has objectives from a culture and employee recruitment, communication, and retention perspective; helps translate strategies and goals into actions and services, and facilitates the changes needed to achieve desired outcomes.
