RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Irvine, CA.Responsibilities:

• Support recruiting activity by working directly with candidates, recruiters, business partners, hiring managers
• Partner with recruiting team members to coordinate meetings, interviews, and other search related events; Keep recruiters abreast of candidate scheduling and interview processes and/or challenges
• Manage the requisition processes in SuccessFactors from initiation to completion; Process candidate movement through the system as needed; Coordinate and monitor the pre-employment process
• Facilitate a seamless candidate experience by arranging virtual interviews and onboarding new hires virtually; After the return to the offices, coordinate candidate travel and interview logistics
• Provide timely updates to candidates and recruiters throughout the entire recruiting life cycle
• Partner with team members to organize new associate orientation, fingerprinting, and personnel files for new hires

REQUIREMENTS:

• Supported recruiters or HR in the past
• Have worked with international and domestic calendars
• Advance Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage high volume workload
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees
• Prioritization and multi tasking
• Has to have worked in a large corporate environment
• 2+ years of heavy Outlook experience in calendaring
• SuccessFactors
• On boarding experience
• Concur experience
