POSITION SUMMARY

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting employee relations activities, completing pay changes and organizational updates, conducting investigations, and supporting requests for data amongst assigned client group. Under the direction of the Director, HR for North America Sales and Sales Operations, the individual will administer HR programs and policies and ensure timely completion of tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports processing new hires, transfers, and terminations.
  • Reviews requests for data and supports compiling reports as needed.
  • Ensures exit interviews are completed and feedback and coaching provided to leadership.
  • Coordinates performance management process and proper follow-up on development opportunities.
  • Supports HR leader with implementation of company-wide programs and initiatives such as talent management, career planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, recognition and organizational development.
  • Supports HR programs across designated locations and teams as developed by HR COEs (centers of excellence).
  • Champions employee engagement to improve team dynamic, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in human resources generalist type activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
  • Sense of urgency and demonstrated follow-through
  • Ability to effectively communicate to leadership positions while maintaining company and employee confidentiality.
  • Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Required work in an office environment, including extensive computer and telephone use.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
