Our national nonprofit client who provides amazing services and resources is hiring an Interim Human Resources Manager (12-15 month duration) AND an experienced HR Generalist (temp to hire) to provide HR services to their employees throughout Oregon. In both roles you will have regular interaction with the employees regarding benefits, employee relations, conflict resolution, and LOA situations in addition to many other HR duties. You will also get to share the mission and lead recruiting efforts to help others join this amazing organization. The HR Director of this company is passionate about HR, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor, she leads the team and provides the support needed to accomplish the job and be part of something bigger.
