What You'll Do

• IAM concepts IAM Architecture ( IAG, SSO,PKI)
• Security background, core consulting, and facilitation skills.
• Able to assess risks and to design an appropriate IAM security pattern (provisioning, habilitation workflow, authentication, master data authorities, segregation of duty, Privileged Access Management, federation)
• Subject-matter expertise across all IAM/CIAM topics as it relates to both cloud and on-premises enterprise technology and the relationship between the architectures.
• Drive the adoption of Authentication and Authorization reference architectures for existing, new, and emerging IAM technologies.
• Develop effective architecture solutions that not only satisfy immediate project requirements but also deliver a coherent, reusable, reliable, and phased architecture to help the business grow and change while aligning IAM/CIAM security policy.
• Risk analysis Compliance Knowledge: FedRAMP, SOC2, SOX, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in IAM Security activities, ideally with an architecture background in IT/Cloud.
• Experience with major IAM/CIAM solutions: Okta, Auth0, CyberARK, HashiCorp Vault, Saviynt, SailPoint, Microsoft FIM (Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager), Azure AD, SSO, OAuth, OpenAuth, AWS KMS, AWS Key Management Service, AWS Secret Manager, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $140,000 to $171,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
