The Identity and Access Management Engineer is responsible for managing all aspects of identity and access solutions, monitoring security performance and effectiveness, and performing the operations necessary to maintain stable and secure platforms.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Manage governance and management of all Cloud IAM services
  
• Manage Operations and support of on-premises IAM services including Active Directory, domain controllers, DNS, Radius, and other related services
  
• Perform the deployment, integration, and configuration of all new IAM related solutions and enhancements in accordance with standard best operating practices
  
• Develop enterprise security documents, policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures
  
• Provide recommendations for Materion's enterprise IAM architecture and strategy
  
• Provide reports to management on the status of IAM within the organization
  
• Develop IAM metrics and KPI's to track progress
  
• Maintain automated provisioning between IAM systems and Workday
  
• Support independent attribute mappings from Workday to Active Directory
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information systems or equivalent work experience in the IT field
  
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience
  
• Security certifications a plus such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or GIAC Certifications
  
• Microsoft certifications a plus such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
  
• Experience with engineering best practices including analyzing, designing, developing, deploying, and supporting software solutions, and/or infrastructure implementations/upgrades
  
• Experience in the following domains: SSO/Federation, Active Directory, domain controllers, DNS, Radius, Group Policy, and other related services, Azure, Conditional access, Privileged Access, Access Certifications
  
• Knowledge of DoD security requirements a plus (ITAR/DFARS/CMMC)

The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
