REPAY is looking for a high energy, customer-driven Implementation Engineer to join our growing Clearing and Settlement Organization. As an Implementation Engineer you will be part of the implementation team responsible for bringing on new clients and supporting them post-launch. This role guides the technical integration activities and overall project with new clients and partners to understand needs and own the integration results. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a broad and deep knowledge of the product set

• Communicate with new and existing clients and partners to complete implementation process including leading project meetings

• Work with platform tools, Product and Techno to complete client and partner setup, including user implementation and support for API usage along with SFTP administration and monitoring of daily file delivery

• Own test results to ensure all issues are resolved before go-live

• Develop into technical specifications SME

• Fielding technical questions from clients and investigate or troubleshoot as needed

• Create documentation for training and support purposes

• Work with clients to define and communicate new requests to Product and Technology

• Manage special projects or other assignments as defined by leadership team

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• 2+ years of client and/or 3rd party partner facing communication experience

• Technical aptitude and strong organizational skills a must

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• BA from accredited University or College (or equivalent years of experience)

• Ability to travel if needed for company functions/training

Skills Required

• Familiar with JIRA and Confluence

• API technology including REST and SOAP

• XML

• JSON

• Postman

• Strong Excel skills and macros

• SQL (Preferred)

• Salesforce usage

• Data validation and parsing

• Minor computer programming experience
