Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the management, direction, and supervision of all the hazardous waste incineration functions to include waste material consolidations for appropriate burns at the facility. Directs and schedules
incineration assignments and handles resolutions to moderately complex existing and/or potential problems while efficiently enforcing health, safety, and environmental compliance issues as well as maintaining a high level of
quality assurance/controls by implementing appropriate incineration methodologies. Determines cost of materials versus labor and provides technical expertise on incineration modifications, etc. Assist immediate supervisor in the annual preparation and reviews targeted goals versus forecasted budget allowances as well as conducting special
exploratory assignments as directed by management.

Education/Experience:
BS in Chemical Engineering or related science discipline with 6 to 8 years of hazardous waste experience preferred.
Advanced degree highly desirable.
Certification/Licenses:
None
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
Extensive knowledge in the following areas: EPA and OSHA.
