What You Will Be Doing - Provide project management and oversight of heavy industrial projects with focus on civil scopes
- Activities include procurement, preparation of work plans, contract management, budget and schedule, supervision of project teams, and other duties as assigned
- Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects
- Directs one or more Assistant Project Manager(s)/Project Engineer(s)
- Responsible for project schedule, budget, and quality
- Plans, coordinates, and controls projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements
- Responsible for multiple medium projects as defined by potential risk, complexity, manpower requirements, and contract value
- Responsible for ensuring full risk management, including the identification of potential risk and initiating treatments as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and regulations
- Administration of construction contracts
- Establishes and monitors project safety and quality programs
- Supervises project personnel and subcontractors through subordinate leaders as appropriate
- Communicates with owners about progress and any necessary modifications of plans
- Builds relationships with subcontractors and business partners in the market
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
What You Need for this Position More than 3 years of experience and knowledge of all phases of construction management including:

- Industrial projects, have great attention to detail and be dependable
- History of managing a variety of mechanical projects (HVAC and Plumbing)
- Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam
- Ability to read, interpret and execute engineer drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Ability to develop and lead employees
