Meta is seeking an experienced sales and marketing leader with demonstrated success managing established and emerging business categories. The Industry Manager will lead the Meta's monetization strategy for select segments of the Entertainment business in the US. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for their clients and their teams. They will build and manage a strategically focused/consultative sales team, selling Meta's advertising solutions to advertisers. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success, dealing with ambiguity, successfully managing teams and problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have management experience in a sales environment, a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and extensive experience selling digital marketing solutions to the Streaming/Traditional Television & Film industries.

<ul><li>Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of business</li><li>Build, train and maintain a high performing team</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of the Entertainment categories including the ability to maintain relationships with clients from VPs through the C-suite</li><li>Play the lead role in developing the holistic business for Entertainment (DR and Brand) by owning vertical work-streams and/or strategic pillars of success</li><li>Act as player/coach by driving long-term opportunity and coaching team through short-term sales strategies</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Business Operations, Partnerships, Measurement, Creative Shop and Product Marketing to optimize our client efforts</li><li>Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of client needs</li><li>Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Facebook to clients for both B2C and B2B marketing</li><li>Identify winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the vertical</li><li>Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches</li><li>Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Meta, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and agencies</li><li>Communicates strategic information and context from the company and organization to the team, manager, and partners to be successful</li><li>Assigns projects aligned with team strengths, skills and motivations, and adjusts management style to match the needs of the individual</li><li>Builds a culture where differences are appreciated and everyone feels valued, with a focus on internal community and driving inclusion</li><li>Shows care by understanding what matters most to people and recognizes people for their contributions</li><li>Gives and seeks timely feedback and asks the same of the team</li><li>Identifies skills needed for the role, interviews, hires, and on-boards new employees to the team</li><li>With minimal guidance, ensures the team is healthy and begins to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with manager</li><li>Helps people build and sustain productive relationships</li><li>Demonstrated experience communicating important updates with context across the team, internal partners and clients</li></ul>

<ul><li>10 or more years of experience with sales or marketing</li><li>5 or more years of experience with digital media</li><li>5 or more years of experience managing a team</li><li>Experience building Direct Response and Brand advertising campaigns</li><li>Demonstrated experience using advertising data to craft media strategy</li><li>Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships</li><li>Knowledge of the advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends</li><li>Storyteller with experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to clients</li><li>Communication and presentation experience with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data in to client value</li><li>Experience building relationships with top marketing decision makers at brands and agencies</li><li>Facebook and Instagram user with knowledge of the media landscape, reseller channels and vertical markets</li></ul>
