Examples of Work
Assign, coordinate, review, and monitor work assignments for 6-8 application analysts on functional and technical assignments. Lead complex analysis and design phases for business requests. Review logical and physical relational database design. Manage medium-to-large projects using comprehensive project management practices and tools. Coordinate production support responsibilities. Support the team supervisor by providing input for performance evaluations, recommending approval of leave, and reporting team progress. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the classification.
Qualifications / Requirements

REQUIREMENTS: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering or other related field and two years of experience, education, or training in coding computer applications; programming experience can be substituted for education on a year for year basis, one year of which as a project coordinator, leader, or supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Candidate must be technically proficient as well as demonstrate strong leadership skills Also, must have strong service oriented, interpersonal skills and analytical skills that include working directly with various levels of business and technical staff to determine sound technical solutions for business requirements. Candidates must have strong organization, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
