We produce 4.1 million metric tons of hardwood, softwood and fluff pulp at 12 of our 13 mills. The majority of our pulp is consumed internally to manufacture paper and consumer products, with the balance being sold as market pulp. We also purchase paper grade pulp from third parties allowing us to optimize the logistics of our pulp capacity while reducing transportation costs.

This IT Co-op/Intern opportunity is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Mill, SC.

Work Assignments & Requirements
-Assist IT Field Service Team providing concierge level IT field support to a hybrid workforce.
-Work in support of PCs, Printers, Servers, Networking, Telephony, AV Conferencing and various applications as interests align with candidate.
-Co-facilitate laptop refresh program, break/fix, and general IT projects both new and on-going.
-Process customer requests utilizing corporate IT ticketing systems.
-Troubleshooting and repair of equipment and services utilizing specialized tools and techniques.
-Training and communication for new applications and/or hardware.
-Must be sophomore, junior, or senior in undergraduate status with a major in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Information Technology, or Computer Science. This role is not for those pursing a masters degree.
-Must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA.

Work Schedule
This co-op opportunity is designed around a flexible work schedule offering either a complete year co-op for a 14-15 month continuous work assignment, or 3-4 rotating semester assignments as best fits the applicant, school, and site needs.

Please Note: There is no relocation provided for this role and the expectation is the candidate will work on-site at the Corporate Headquarters in Fort Mill, SC between 25 - 35 hours per week during the complete year. This is not a remote role.

Dress is casual; typical attire is business casual.
