SUMMARY
Management duties for all Chemical Dependency Services
STATUS: Full Time
LOCATION: Hope Haven Center
DEPARTMENT: Chemical Dependency
SCHEDULE: Day/Evening
ATTRIBUTES:
- Supervisory experience desirable
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required in Health Science, Psychology, Social Work or the alike in a Human Service field
OR
Associates Degree in Human Services field plus 10 years of relevant work experience
- Five to Seven years Behavioral Health experience
- OASAS Qualified Health Professional required
- Performs management duties in relationship to staff, including sign off on time cards, scheduling of staff hours, and enforcement of personnel policies
- Participates in the development, implementation, and monitoring of annual program goals
- Manages the recruitment and hiring of staff
- Manages the day to day program clinic, unit or residential operation and schedule
- Implements staff development and program initiatives.
- Manages FTE levels and expenses within budget
- Pursues personal and professional growth using internal and external resources
- Provides supervision/consultation for staff and provides direction, feedback and positive support to supervisors
- Completes QI and UR reports in a timely manner and participates in QI and Utilization Review processes
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- QHP - Qualified Health Professional - NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS)
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
