This Inpatient-WOC RN position is full time days.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Summary:
Our WOC RN utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care and consultation for people with fecal and urinary diversions, wounds, drains, pressure sores, and incontinence. Includes acute care, rehabilitation, patient teaching, and counseling. This position will care for patients in the neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups. Employee performs clinical duties in accordance with population specific guidelines and adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as outlined in policy and procedures. Assists in the advancement of the professional practice environment by communicating the NGHS nursing strategic direction and focusing on activities that support the nursing strategic direction. Provides nursing involvement support for VOICE and the nursing quality teams including coaching team members in their professional participation.
