RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in District of Columbia, WA that is seeking a Inside Sales Consultant.Summary:Come join the Small Business Group (SBG) as an Inside Sales Consultant. SBG Inside sales supports our customers by providing a consultative sales experience around how to start, protect, manage and grow their small business. The Inside Sales Consultant will spend the majority of their time engaging with small businesses discussion their aspirations, uncovering needs and discovering problems you can help them solve with the company's offerings including Supplies, Financial Management, Payroll and Payments solutions.SBG Inside Sales is a multi-channel organization focused building customer confidence by providing Small Business expertise in every interaction. Our Sales Consultants are expected to understand how Small Businesses work, know the ecosystem of products, and tailor solutions to specific customer needs uncovered in the sales conversation. Across all of our channels and workgroups, SBG Sales is responsible for acquiring new users and growing our existing customers' usage of the Intuit ecosystem of products.The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for carrying a quota, calls per day, selling a product mix. After training and nesting they will move to their perm shift. They must be able to work any shift from 8AM-9PM. The shift will most likely be starting at 11AM. This role can be fully remote.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3+ years of successful track record in SaaS or Cloud sales roles preferred
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions and business value
  • Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A track record of being driven and achieving goals
  • Able to make complex problems and solutions simple for people to understand
  • Highly curious about customers and the problems they incur in their small business
  • Can seek out feedback/coaching, apply and integrate it quickly in an effort to improve results "How You'll Bring Value"
  • Fluent in the differences between on and off premise software/tech and articulates value proposition through analogies and storytelling
  • Skilled in preparing and delivering tailored solution demonstrations in real time
  • Effortlessly speak to the importance of modernizing / automating most critical business processes
  • Skilled in managing short cycle sales pipeline in SalesForce.com
  • Understand and articulate how SaaS and hosted solutions improve small business effectiveness
  • Helps to coach, mentor, and onboard new hires
  • Good conversationlist with customers
  • Some type of Sales experience
  • Computer software skills
  • Ability to engage in work-from-environment and pivot to office as mandated, mid-level software package aptitude (MS Office Suite, Google Docs/Spreadsheets Platforms, etc).


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
