Basic Job Functions:
As part of the Cold Finish Group, the role of the Inside Sales Supervisor is to work closely with other departments and divisions to develop, build, and grow cross functional relationships both within the organization as well as with our customers. The Inside Sales Supervisor will organize and lead all commercial related functions, including but not limited to: Managing and developing our inside sales team; Traveling and supporting key accounts; Coordinating all customer quality interactions; Developing, implementing, and measuring product mix and profitability improvement plans; and supporting shipping/logistic strategies. As part of the leadership team, the candidate will lead, develop, and execute on the business strategies including safety, quality, cost, productivity, profitability, and commercial excellence. The qualified candidate must be willing to travel periodically. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
