Located in Beatiful Flowery Branch, Georgia we are a well-established construction company bringing first-class service to our retail clients. We are growing and looking to add a talented and detail oriented travelling Installation Crew Lead with experience with Retail/Fixture Installation expertise to our team!
What You Will Be Doing As part of our team, you will LEAD a variety of projects with field technician crews ranging from 4 to 20+ individuals

Lead teams and travel to multiple retail locations throughout the US

Lead and participate in the execution of a specifically assigned projects

Communicate company goals, safety practices, and project deadlines to team

Review and adhere to project plans & drawings, scope details, photos, and project schedules

Contact store(s) prior to project start

Lead and assist team members in the following tasks to complete the job on time

Dismantling or reconfiguring existing displays, fixtures, and sets

Assembling fixtures such as racking or shelving and re-setting product on displays and shelving according to planogram schematics

Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and communicate with designated project team supervisor

Provide training and mentoring to crew team members and fellow crew leads

Comply with all rules and regulations of client and property owner

Responsible for completion of project reporting and check-in/check-out documentation
What You Need for this Position Must be willing to travel as needed

Strong Organization Skills - Effective team leaders possess exceptional organizational skills

Organizational skills help team leaders plan objectives and strategies, which allow team members to perform optimally

Must have strong self-management skills

Demonstrate good judgment and show respect for others

Motivational skills, results oriented, product knowledge, training, and leadership skills

Ability to lead a crew of Installation Field Technicians

2+ years of remodel/reset experience in a leadership role at hardware, discount, or big box retail environments

Experience merchandising, reading planograms/schematics with the assembly and movement of steel racking, building fixtures, and moving beams

Must own, have the knowledge of, and the ability to use hand tools including power tools

Must be able to travel to any US work location

Must be able to work evenings and weekends and be out of town for extended periods of time if the work requires

Must possess a valid drivers license

Must have own dependable vehicle

Deep understanding of merchandising

High school diploma or GED equivalent
