Itero Group is currently on the search for a Senior Intel Technical Recruiter. Position will be based in our McLean, VA. A successful candidate will have 7+ years' experience recruiting in the Intel IT space.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform full lifecycle recruiting of Intel/Cleared candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
• Develop creative sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in this highly-competitive market/industry
• Develop and maintain strong internal customer and candidate relationships.
• Maintain applicant tracking system with accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates
• Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
• Conduct phone and/or preliminary interviews
• Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes
• Perform salary negotiations
• Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum of 7 years of related experience
• A proven track record of strong performance in recruiting, sourcing, large volumes of qualified candidates
• Strong proactive sourcing skill; web searches / tools, name generation and networking
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
