Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$68,659.00-$109,856.00

Summary:

Position Details:
*BSS Solutions: Experience in designing and implementation of business support solutions within telecoms cable and media clients. Understanding of industry solutions - off the shelf products and managed service solution providers. Will develop deep understanding of CSG interface solutions.
*Interface consulting with clients to draw out needs associated with end-to-end business needs for BSS requirements and recommend solutions. Ability to challenge approaches through thought-leadership to draw out best solutions and add value in proposing alternative methods to addressing BSS needs. Experience of working with enterprise clients in B2C and B2B models in delivering BSS solution.
*Works with clients/vendors to gather business requirements in the pre-sales process and provides project estimates.
*Documents interface solutions, creates validation test scripts, and supports interface api upgrades, integrations, validations and implementations with clients and vendors.
*Responsible for the successful project leadership and client interaction for interface api projects.
*Must be able to travel for business up to 30%.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
*Works with peers/customers to ensure end to end project business functionality of interface API's are completed successfully from project scheduling, and design through implementation. Accountable for ensuring the solution properly satisfies them that their business problems and requirements are met.
*Works with Development team from time to time to provide business analysis and testing support.
*Responsible for delivering feedback to the Product Management team to ensure that future releases of the products meet the ongoing needs of the customer/business.
*Mentors less experienced team members.
*Reviews validation test plans to ensure coverage of system requirements.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
*Bachelor's Degree, or 5-8 years of Equivalent Experience required.
*In-depth understanding of client needs and broad impact of changes in business environment and industry trends.
*Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work non-standard hours as required.
*Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
*Ability to communicate technical details to business folks and vice versa
*Excellent organizational skills, including ability to consistently adhere to multiple deadlines, and adapt to frequently changing workload.
*Able to work independently, delivering accurate documentation under deadline pressure.
*Ability to work effectively in a team environment with little instruction on routine work and general instruction on new assignments.
*Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively convey and clarify complex information and consulting with customers and influencing others.
*Solid understanding of project management and requirements management processes to ensure primary responsibilities are completed within accepted standards and templates.
*Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
*Accountable for professional working behavior to include; building and maintaining constructive working relationships, implementing proactive and concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues, and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating CSG's core competencies and values.
*Works independently and collaborates with peers when necessary.
*Full accountability for results of decisions.
Preferred:
*Knowledge and experience with the CSG ACP platform, ACSR and of the following interfaces: CSG's SmartLink BOS (SLBOS), Event Notification (ENI), Services Order Delivery Interface (SODI), Stored Payment Instrument(SPI), Order Services, HSD, VOD and other interfaces as assigned.
* Ability to read, analyze, troubleshoot XML is preferred. JSON, REST and AWS interface API's are a plus.
* Familiar with SFTP and Communication Protocols, i.e., HTTPS, SOAP, VPN, etc.
*Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and StatHub.
*Awareness of Agile Software development methodologies such as SAFe or KanBan
