You are responsible for the creation and documentation of modeling plans to engineering team and initiation of new processes and tools. Responsible to create and execute Finite Element Analysis (FEA) plans for assigned projects. Participate in the creation of assigned subsystem Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models . Motivate CAE suppliers and internal resources to meet program milestones and deliverables. Perform and oversee resources for virtual assessment of designs and compare results to performance requirements. Initiate design solutions to resolve any performance issues with mass & cost efficiency.
