This role is working for a small General Contractor based in Beltsville, MD.

Your new role

In this position, you will be responsible for the management of Commercial Interiors projects across Maryland, DC Metro & Northern Virginia. Responsibilities will include:

• Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
• Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues, and ensure that the project stays on track.
• Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standard of quality and safety.
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any changes.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related paperwork.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven track record as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent within the Commercial Interiors space.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and construction documents.
• Strong computer skills, including use of MS Office.

What you'll get in return

Salary between $85-110k dependent on experience + vehicle allowance
